We offer a Guaranteed Rent Service where we manage your property for the rental period agreed, where the landlord is presented with a NET offer per calendar month. The length of contract is tailored individually with our landlords depending on their needs and requirements for their property.

The responsibility of all utility payments throughout the rental agreement period is completely ours.

Property Management

We offer a full comprehensive property management service to our landlords.

24/7 management of tenants including check-in/check-out's and full property inspections.

We currently offer this service for all property types ranging from Studio flats to 5+ Bedroom properties at a competitive 9% plus VAT.

Finding Tenants

Struggling to rent out your property or rooms in your property?

Not to worry we have something for you too!

We can offer our services to help find you a tenant for a one-off fee of 10% inc VAT of the total contract value.
